Mark Mehlman
President

Mark Mehlman, the founder and President of East Coast Holdings, began buying New York City apartment buildings in 1995. Since then, he has amassed a considerable real estate portfolio. While still pursuing local assets, the local regulatory and political environment has shifted Mark’s focus to out of state properties as well. In the past few years, he has purchased apartment complexes in 10 states and is aggressively looking to expand his portfolio. Mark is currently a managing member or has significant equity stake in over 4,500 apartments nationwide.

Mark has formed strong relationships with a myriad of lenders and real estate brokers throughout his long and distinguished career in real estate. He is very well known in the New York City market and is recognized as someone that goes to contract quickly and closes on time. Martin Kirzner

Martin Kirzner, President of Sharp Management., has over thirty-five years experience in the field of real estate management. The properties he manages cover the four boroughs of NYC and throughout the Southeast. He manages in excess of 6,000 units.

He is a licensed N.Y.S. Real Estate Broker and Notary Public.

He has trained his property managers and back-office staff to the highest level quality management. Every property under management is personally subjected to a thorough monthly review by Mr. Kirzner.  Vacancies, repair activity, and other expenditures are treated to an  exhaustive analysis.

Lou Schwimmer, CFO

Lou Schwimmer has over twenty five years experience in the field of real estate management and accounting. He is a Certified Public Accountant and a Notary Public. He has superior managerial and analytical skills.

Responsibilities include deal underwriting, Management Reporting, Budgeting, Forecasting, Internal Controls, Variance Analysis and Treasury management. He excels with all levels of organization, building diverse and high performing teams.

Yaron Kornblum, ESQ

Yaron Kornblum, a partner in Rivkin Radler’s Real Estate Practice Group, manages a diverse real estate transactional department concentrating on sophisticated mortgage financing, sales, commercial leasing and acquisitions.

Yaron’s clients, in the New York metropolitan area and nationwide, are high-net-worth individuals with significant real estate holdings, major lenders, real estate developers, foreign investors, multinational corporations, manufacturers, educational institutions and corporations.

Eli Weingarden is a licensed Certified Public Accountant with more than 14 years of accounting and management experience. His first 6 years as an accountant were spent Ernst and Young. He then transitioned into the private sector, working as CFO at a multi-billion dollar private Real Estate firm. Recently, Eli started utilizing his extensive knowledge and experience in all financial facets of real estate to provide deal research, analysis and forecasting.

Michael Muller, (Managing Director of Eastern Union Funding) is a licensed real estate broker with a degree in accounting. He has more than 19 years experience in commercial real estate financing and sales. He has facilitated transactions of over $2 billion, involving all property types, throughout the United States.
